Parkinson’s Walking Club

Join us for some sunshine, exercise, and fun.
WHEN—THIS SATURDAY, APRIL 24, 10 AM TO NOON
WHERE—ARROYO TRABUCO TRAIL: ARROYO VISTA TO O’NEILL PARK
DIRECTIONS TO TRAILHEAD— CORNER OF ARROYO VISTA AND PARAISO, RANCHO SANTA MARGARITA.
* Exit at Oso Parkway
* Turn left onto Oso Parkway
* Turn left onto Antonio Parkway (4.5 mi.)
* Turn left onto Avenida De Las Banderas (2.8 mi.)
* Turn left onto Arroyo Vista (0.3 mi.) and proceed about 0.6 mi. * Trail entrance is on the right at Paraiso (T-street)
* Exit at Oso Parkway
* Turn right onto Oso Parkway
* From here instructions are the same as above
Balloons will be flying at the entrance.

Walking poles have been show to help people with Parkinson’s. You do not have to have poles to attend the walk but we do have some poles available for you to try if you would like.
