Parkinson's exercise program Laguna Niguel

PEP4U hosts a monthly education hour on the first Friday of each month from 10:30 to 11:30 via zoom hosted by Ernie Atkins. Each month, he chooses a topic focusing on Parkinson’s Disease; the participants watch a short YouTube video and then a discussion follows.
