South O.C. Parkinson’s Support Group

The South OC support groups meets the first Thursday of each month at 4:00 pm PST.  Due to Covid restrictions, the group is currently meeting online using Zoom.  This group is for people with Parkinson’s, their caregivers, family and friends.  For guest speaker schedule or  more information, please go to Socpsg.com.  The Zoom link is available on Socpsg.com shortly before the meeting.

This month’s guest speakers are Karl and Angela Robb. Karl is the author of two books, A Soft Voice in a Noisy World – A Guide to Dealing and Healing with Parkinson’s Disease and Dealing and Healing with Parkinson’s Disease and Other Health Conditions: A Workbook for Body, Mind & Spirit. Karl has had Parkinson’s disease for over thirty years. He is a writer, blogger, and lecturer on living well with Parkinson’s. Angela Robb is Karl’s wife, Parkinson’s disease advocate, Reiki Master, Speaker who believes in self-compassion.
